Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items not in their original condition
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
